Tenant Duty Counsel

The Clinic provides Tenant Duty Counsel services at all Landlord and Tenant Board hearings in Barrie and Lindsay. Funded by the Advocacy Centre for Tenants Ontario (ACTO), the Clinic’s Duty Counsel provides free legal advice to tenants who financially qualify.
