Tenant ConcernsJointly funded by Legal Aid Ontario and the Advocacy Centre for Tentants Ontario (ACTO), this program offers free legal advice and representation to tenants appearing before the Landlord and Tenant Boardl (LTB). Duty Counsel is available at the Barrie hearing location (LTB) on regularly scheduled hearing days and every second Thursday at the Lindsay courthouse. The consultation is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and is free of charge.
