We do provide advice and/or some representation or advocacy for cases related to:

Housing - Tenant rights
Consumer law
Government benefits (Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support, Canada Pensions Plan)
Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB)
Employment standards
Criminal Injuries Compensation Board (CICB)
Human Rights
Debtor/Creditor

We also provide other legal services, for which a small donation is requested. These include:

  • Commissioning of documents (transfer of vehicle, affidavits, etc.)
  • Notarize prepared document (out of province)
  • Preparation of documents (statutory declarations, notarial copies, etc.)

We do not handle criminal cases, accident-related insurance cases, personal injury or wrongful death cases, family law, which includes divorce, custody and support issues, paternity, adoptions, guardianships, and domestic violence.
