Who is eligible?Income level and the type of legal problem determine eligibility. We will review your sources of income, number of dependants, expenses and assets. Existing income eligibility figures are listed in the chart below, however, please be advised these benchmarks are currently under review.
A number of factors are considered when we make a decision about income eligibility. Depending on your situation, you might be eligible to receive services even if your income is higher than these guidelines. Income eligibility determinations are made on a case by case basis by the board of directors. Please contact our office for further assessment. |
