Legal Representation

We represent financially eligible individuals and, when possible, groups, who require advocacy in the areas of law listed on our home page. Our staff determines eligibility by assessing the income and asset basis of our clients.

The clinic often represents clients either in negotiations over a dispute with another party or government agency, or through formal representation before a court or tribunal.

The clinic represents clients before the following boards or tribunals:

  • Landlor and Tenant Board
  • Social Benefits Tribunal
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Board
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal
  • Criminal Injuries Compensation Board
